Totally Personalised - Minimal Off The Job Time - Cost Effective
Directors and Senior Managers are under increasing pressure to deliver results, to ever tighter timescales.  Totally personalised, coaching allows them to focus on their specific needs in 'bite-size chunks' and fit them in to their schedule. 

What's so unique about our approach?
We have developed The Simple Model to ensure coaching takes into account all the factors that affect success.  Our approach is therefore a very rounded one. 
A typical programme will last 3 to 4 months and comprise between 6 half day one-to-one sessions plus one open programme day, usually Intensive Presentation and Influencing Skills.

What do we coach?
Mostly it's communication, influencing, confidence building, motivation, presenting, networking and interview skills.  All crucial in leadership.  Although we don't market the service actively we regularly help existing clients if they need Outplacement services following reorganisation or redundancy.

Who Do We Coach?
Clients include CEOs and MDs as well as Directors from all disciplines in the UK, France, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Luxembourg and Spain. 
In 2007 we began coaching Senior Officers from Police Services across the UK
from Surrey to Yorkshire, from Police Service of Northern Ireland to Cambridge Constabulary plus 'The Met'. We now work with 14 Regional Police Services.



How do we coach?

We start with a diagnostic phase.  This can include 360° feedback, psychometric profiling and in-depth interviewing.

Typically 1-2-1 coaching programmes have 6-8 sessions and are based on the 'GROW' coaching  model.  We use a holistic approach based on our own The Simple Model.
