We use The Myers Briggs Type Indicator™ coupled with several original thought-provoking activities.  This helps teams to value and harness the benefits of diversity in 3 vital areas:
1. Improving communication inside and outside the team
2. Harnessing strengths and managing weaknesses
3. Developing problem solving skills that maximise synergy.

We define teamwork as:
"Any two or more people working together to achieve a common goal". 
This broadens the scope from 'formal structured teams' to cover all interactions of two or more people, formal or informal, 'real' or 'virtual', peer to peer, manager to subordinate, or employee to customer. This means that the knowledge we share with delegates can be leveraged in EVERY area of their business lives.
